For patients suffering with a sporting injuries or musculoskeletal complaints. Those patients attending the clinic for the first time or returning patient with a new complaint should book an sports injury initial consultation so the practitioner can determine a diagnoses and causative factors attributing the issue before developing an appropriate treatment plan. During the initial assessment various range of motion, strength and movement-based assessments will be conducted. At the end of the session the practitioner should be able to provide the patient with a structural diagnosis, reasoning to why this may have occurred, some strategies to rectify this moving forward along with some manual therapy to reduce pain symptoms. Following the initial consultation process all follow up treatments will include a variety of manual therapy such as massage / osteopathic mobilization / osteopathic manipulation / acupuncture / electro therapy and taping designed to get the patient out of pain and improve soft tissue function whilst concurrently prescribing a progressive return to function exercise rehabilitation program to resolve any neuromuscular deficits that have occurred from the injury.

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body and is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.

To an osteopath, for your body to work well, its structure must also work well. So osteopaths work to restore your body to a state of balance, where possible without the use of drugs or surgery. Osteopaths use touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage to increase the mobility of joints, to relieve muscle tension, to enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues, and to help your body’s own healing mechanisms. They may also provide advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent symptoms recurring.

Our clinic offers a range of specialized injection therapy options to support pain relief, reduce inflammation, and promote joint health. This service includes Corticosteroid, Osteonil, and Vitamin injections, each tailored to address specific therapeutic needs.

Corticosteroid Injections: Ideal for reducing inflammation in joints, tendons, and muscles, corticosteroid injections provide relief from pain and swelling in conditions such as arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis. These injections are especially effective for patients experiencing acute or chronic inflammation, helping to restore function and mobility quickly.

Osteonil (Hyaluronic Acid) Injections: Osteonil injections are a proven solution for patients with osteoarthritis or joint degeneration. The hyaluronic acid in Osteonil serves as a lubricant and cushion within the joint, helping to alleviate pain, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility, especially for the knees and other load-bearing joints.

Vitamin Injections: For patients needing a boost in overall wellness or those dealing with nutrient deficiencies, our vitamin injections, including Vitamin B12, can aid in energy production, immune support, and recovery from muscle fatigue. These injections are an excellent supplement for those with active lifestyles or individuals seeking an extra edge in their health routine.

Intravenous (IV) Injections: Our IV therapy delivers essential fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into the bloodstream, providing immediate nutrient absorption and hydration. This treatment is highly effective for fatigue recovery, enhanced immunity, and athletic recovery, supporting overall wellness and quick rehydration.

Each injection therapy is administered by our skilled practitioners in a comfortable, safe environment. We'll work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, promoting faster recovery and long-term wellness.
